Discover our most renowned signature dish, specialty of our region, by ordering our “Traditional Bouillabaisse”.

This Provencal spiced fish soup is served with its savory hot broth and a
premium selection of Mediterranean fish (Capon, Spider fish, Conger, John Dory, Galinette), accompanied with rouille sauce and croutons bread rubbed with garlic.

Reservation is required 48 hours in advance and served for a minimum of 2 persons.

The garden and the farm

Our fruits and vegetables are grown on the reasoned precepts of permaculture.

This reasoned approach contributes to the development of sustainable and responsable agriculture that we sublimate in the traditional flavors of our dishes.

Our farm animals are raised with respect for animal welfare and fed in the traditional way with simple and unprocessed foods.

The Farm harvests and produces its honey in its apiary.

Cultivate better, to eat better and live in a better environment.

We invite you to discover our farm with its vegetable garden, its chicken coop, its pig farm and its hives located at the bottom of the quarry for the horses.
